General Bonus Terms

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.

• While a bonus is active, you generally cannot claim a new one.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on y21s and may result in account suspension and legal action.

• Opening an account using a forged ID or false information.
• Bonus fraud or misuse of the bonus system.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other members to place fraudulent bets.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on y21s servers or systems.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Using inappropriate or offensive language on the platform.

Y21s reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• In the event of suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Y21s believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Set your own deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• If needed, use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily restrict access to your account for a set period.
